How much does shipping cost?

Our products are shipped to you directly from the supplier. This means we can reduce our costs and ensure you pay the lowest possible price. The shipping costs are calculated by the supplier at checkout and are out of our control.

How long does delivery take?

We use multiple different suppliers from all over the world, so delivery times vary. Express delivery options may be available at checkout.

If 10 working days have passed since your order was placed and you haven't received your products, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to provide a status update for you.

How do I request a refund?

If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it within 30 days, please contact us at cosylivinguk@gmail.com. We will liaise with the supplier to arrange a return and refund.
